Weekly Film Challenge - Earn points every week!

The weekly film challenge starts this week! Are you excited? I think you are!

 Every Monday I will recommend a film using the board on my desk - you will then have the entire week up until the following Sunday evening to watch the film and email Miss M a 200-300 word review.

Every person that completes the challenge on time will receive the amount of points shown on the board.

     The rules:
    • You must photograph yourself watching the beginning, middle and end.
    • You must email the photographs to Miss M.
    • You may be asked a random question about the film to prove you have watched it.
    • All photos must be submitted by the first lesson back in September!

     Some films are available on Netflix, some are on Amazon Prime and Now TV. They can also be rented online and we have a small collection at school which we are also happy to lend out.

    P.s. there is also a bonus prize for watching all 20 (although I haven't decided what it will be yet, I can tell you that it WILL BE GOOD!)...

    That's a wrap!

     
     
    So that's it for practical production this year! Wow!
     
    I have been so impressed with the quality and creativity of your final pieces and I believe this has been the best year yet, so pat yourselves on the back people! 
     
    All videos have now been uploaded to the Coombe Media You Tube channel so please do have a look at everyone's work when you get 5 minutes.

    How to submit your final piece

    As deadlines are fast approaching, I thought I would post instructions for everyone on what to do in order to submit your work.

    All final videos must be saved in the Media Drive by 5pm on Friday 10th March:

    M:\Media Drive\FINAL VIDEOS 2016-17

    There is a folder for each year group in here. 

    Year 12 and 13: You must also ensure these are posted to your group and individual blogs. I would recommend uploading your videos to Youtube or Vimeo and embedding them that way.

    Year 13: You must also ensure that a link to your website along with a screenshot is posted to your blog. Your digipak should be uploaded to the blog AND saved in the Media Drive along with your video.

    PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL FILES ARE CLEARLY LABELLED WITH YOUR NAMES

    EXPORTING YOUR VIDEO

    I have made this easy to follow guide for exporting your final video, please do take a look before exporting so that your video is the highest possible quality:


    This document is also saved in the final video folder.
